2017 – at 'The Desert'
The Calendar for 2017 at Desertmartin is nearly in place. British, Irish & Ulster championships for adults and youth are all in the line-up for the new race season.
It would look like the youth race season will start in February and the return of the March Hare in the first Saturday in March for all the adults. A list of all our dates will be up shortly but ones to remember are British Quad/Sidecross Championship round 1st April, British Youth Nationals 20th & 21st May and Maxxis British Adult Championship 18th June.
We are looking for flaggers for 2017 so if you can help and you are over 16 please contact 07731 438170 or email email@example.com or face book under Desertmartin Motocross Track (Marlene Sykes) as we would like to get a team of helpers set up now for the new race season.

MRA Ireland Ltd., Tobermore Concrete Products, WJ Scarlett & Son Merchants, Bannside Haulage & pallets, Heron Bros Ltd., Moss Tiles & Bathrooms Ltd, Grange Road Motors, Bavarian BMW, Charles Hurst Motorcycles and hopefully we can get continued support in 2017 along with a few new sponsors.

MOUNTAIN VIEW MOTOCROSS TRACK & 'THE DESERT' PRACTICE TRACK
Mountainview Motocross Track has now opened for practice days for the past three years and so far the feed back has been very good. It's only half a mile from our main track and is a sand based track suitable for riding in all weather.
We have also set up a practice track at 'The Desert' which is out in the back section of the track. It is used on set days as we alternate between tracks.
Both tracks run under controlled timed session and groups are grade according to ability ie grade A riders will not ride out with Grade C, youth will ride separate from adults and quads will not be out with solos etc., this way we keep safe practice and everyone gets loads of safe practice time. Flag marshals and first aid trained staff are always there.
Normal days of opening at this stage are Monday to Friday for all bikes – quads, sidecars, solos but riders must book in for week days – contact 07927 990313 before 9.00pm the previous night .
Mountainview will be open most Saturdays (weather permitting) follow us on face book to see what is happening each week or text 07731438170 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for updates.
