2012 Season
3rd Round Irish Adult 12th May 2012
The 3rd round of the Adult Irish take place now on the 12th May 2012 at Desertmartin.
Entries CLOSE on the 5th May so if any rider hasn’t got their entry in time is running out. See the entry form section of this site for an official entry form and post to the entry secretary (details on bottom of form ). This is a pre entry event only.
No other top championship event are schedules for this date so it is hoped that a large number of top riders will enter and those hoping to ride at the British Championships on the 24th June may be looking a pre race run out on the track.
If you don’t have an entry in come along and watch. Motocross is a great spectator sport and Desertmartin Motocross Track has great spectator viewing areas. Adults £5.00 Children under 12 free and free Parking. Hot food available at the track.
Signing on/scruineering will be from 7.30am to 9.15 am and will close at 9.15 sharp. Practise and Qualifying on each day will start at 9.30am sharp. 1st race approx. 11.00am.

Club Memberships & License Forms
Anyone wishing to join the Cookstown & District Motocross Club can download a form on this site and along with the fee post to the Club Secretary. Once received an MRA License form will be sent out by return post. We would encourage you to take out a license form this year as the cost of a day license has risen to 10.00 from 5.00 so it will work out cheaper in the long run.
Maxxis British Championship 24th June 2012
The Adult British Championship returns to Desertmartin on the 24th June 2012 and after winning ‘2011 Maxxis ACU British Motocross Championship – Best Organiser’ we have a lot to live up to. The award was presented to the club on the 28th January at the annual ACU Price giving. Everyone from the track team, to the flaggers, to the officials, to the cleaners, to the sponsors etc etc should be extremely proud that they were part of this event and without everyone’s input we would never have won this award so well done to all.
